How do I get my certificates?
Your Certificates are available from your Dashboard. To earn a certificate you must complete a course and any final quizzes or exams. Open Dashboard or View all Certificates
Can I renew an access pass?
You can only upgrade your access pass, you can not renew it. We do not manually renew access passes for any reasons.
Can you add credit for previously completed courses?
If you previously completed a certificate during the beta on Educate Your Skin, you will need to complete the course in the new system for us to issue a certificate.
